At e-shoppy, we understand that getting the right part for your vehicle is critical for safety and performance. We stand behind our products, but we also know that sometimes a part just isn’t the right fit. Our return policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and efficient.
1. The 30-Day Return Window
You have a full 30 calendar days from the date your tracking number shows “Delivered” to initiate a return. To ensure a smooth process, the item must be in “As-New” condition. This means the product has not been installed, bolted, or wired into a vehicle.
2. Eligibility & Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a full refund, your return must meet the following criteria:
- Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original manufacturer’s box with all internal protective foam and plastic.
- Complete Kit: All accessories, including mounting brackets, wiring harnesses, screws, and instruction manuals, must be included.
- No Signs of Wear: Items showing grease marks, scuffs from tools, or “crimped” wires (for electronics) will not be accepted for a full refund.
3. Non-Returnable Automotive Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Electrical Components: Any Dash Cams, Backup Cameras, or Sensors where the wiring has been cut, spliced, or tapped into a power source.
- Consumables & Fluids: Opened containers of Engine Oil, Transmission Fluid, Brake Cleaner, or Car Wax.
- Clearance Items: Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” at the time of purchase.
4. Inspection and Restocking Fees
Every return undergoes a manual inspection by our automotive technicians.
- If an item is returned in perfect condition, you receive a 100% refund.
- If the original box is damaged or minor non-essential hardware is missing, a 15% restocking fee may be applied to cover the cost of repackaging.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was received damaged or we sent the incorrect part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as e-shoppy cannot be held responsible for return packages lost in transit.
